March Currently

I am so happy that it is March.  What with end-of-trimester grades due this week and other assorted craziness lately, it is nice to put February behind me and look forward to what is coming up next! Time for Farley‘s Currently Linky…

Listening: I gave in and bought the Saving Mr. Banks soundtrack this week and I am so grateful that I did!  I have been playing it on shuffle in my classroom all week!  I am convinced it has a calming influence on my cute students. 🙂

Loving: Spring is almost within reach and I am so very excited for the freshness and warmth that it will bring.  I love snow and freezing rain as much as the next Utahn, but I really could use some fresh Vitamin D.

Thinking: James is turning 25 and I’m hoping to make it a happy day for him! It is always hard to shop for an artist, but I’ll see what I can come up with…

Wanting: My dad is away on business in California and my mom went to join him.  My school is pretty close to my parent’s house and I love to stop by after school occasionally and just vent to Mama.  Come home soon, mum!

Needing: I am excited to do some spring cleaning, at home and perhaps in my classroom as well.

????????: My latest project that is finally wrapped up and ready to be put to work in my classroom! By the way, it is on sale now and I am giving a few away over at this post.
Happy March!

Oooo…I want to look at that soundtrack. I loved the movie, and I think I will feel the same way about the music. Thanks for sharing that!

I had spring cleaning last weekend because it was 60 degrees on Saturday. I cleaned everything… Now it is freezing rain and snowing, so I am letting my mess stay for a few days. Haha!

I need to do a lot of cleaning too! Maybe we can have a cleaning party!? I agree, I could totally spend a week in my room cleaning, and reorganizing everything! I hope your mom comes back soon! I love talking with my mama too!!

Hi Bethany! I just found your blog and it has totally inspired me to start mine… This is my third year teaching as well, and I have started a TpT store and a class blog this year (Check it out: http://digitalvoices.edublogs.org-leave a comment!!) but have felt intimidated by keeping a "teacher blog"… where do you even start? Seeing that yours has just been up for a year, I now have some ideas! I might just give it a try! 🙂
