Hello! And happy almost March to you! I am a winter-lover, but I confess I have never been more ready for warmth and sunshine. I’m pretty sure my vitamin D is at an all time low so I’m ready for the sun! And flowers. And spring break. Yay!
Anyway, on to the point of this post…I’m excited to present my sixth monthly packet, The March Packet!
I’ve had such a fun time creating these monthly packets for my students (and for you!) and, while I know I’ve said this before, I’m positive this is my best one yet! It is chock full of easy-to-assemble activities and quick printables to meet your March needs! Here are a few of my favorite pages and activities!
Leprechaun Measurement! Students use a variety of units to measure a leprechaun.
Roll and Cover! Students use dice to roll and cover (or color) that number. This is always good practice for my kids!
Measure that Leprechaun! Students measure leprechauns of varying sizes with the same unit and compare their results. You can use any unit you like, but chocolate gold coins make anything extra exciting! π
Ordering Shamrocks! Students draw 5 cards from the shamrock pile and put them in order from least to greatest.
Lucky Measurement! Students use the leprechaun hats for their units of measurement (these come in a color version or a black/white version to save on ink!) and measure a few common classroom items.
Pots of Tens and Ones. Students draw a gold pot from the pile and draw a representation of that number. This is great practice for that tricky double-digit addition stuff. π
I love math tasks that involve food! Students scoop out a 1/4 cup of lucky charms, sort them, graph them, and then compare their data!
Label the Leprechaun. It is always good to revisit labeling and the kids seem to love it!
…okay, let me show just a few more pages!
This cute bonus “March” bunting is included, too!
Okay, that is probably more than you wanted to see! The March Packet will be discounted through the rest of the month, not to mention that the big TPT sale is tomorrow so it will be SUPER discounted! Grab it now for cheaps! And if you are interested in any of my other monthly packets, click below!
Oh, and I almost forgot…I would love to give away a few of these packets for free! Leave a comment by March 1st and tell me which packet you would like. I’ll randomly select a few winners and email you a packet! Have a great night!

I came across your page and your packets look like they would be great to use in my classroom. I think I'm going to have to take a look through all of them so i can start putting together things for next year! Keep up the amazing hard work!
Also, I saw the St. Pactrick's Day coloring page and was curious if it might be available as a freebie?
